• We inherited a property which was in need of modernisation and had plans drawn up and approved which reconfigured and extended the property. We sought quotes from various local builders but due to the extent and complexity of the build the builders, with the exception of Precision Contractors, did not respond to our requests for quotes.
  
  The quote from Precision Contractors fell in line with our initial build budget. We were then invited by Precision Contractors to view another local property which Precision Contractors had renovated and we were impressed with the build quality and finish.
  
  While the cost of the project did increase during the work this was mainly due to us adding things like under floor heating and new patio paving. We found Precision Contractors, headed up by Matt Chapman, to be very professional and meticulous builders who employ contractors who only meet Matt Chapmans exacting standards. Matt is also a very hands-on builder who would often personally work long working hours to ensure that the project remained on track.
  
  We were very pleased with the final build which as mentioned above was a somewhat complex reconfiguration and extension, tying old build into new build and would recommend Precision Contractors to anyone who is considering engaging a professional and meticulous builder to undertake a large or complex project.

• Really pleased with our decision to use Precision for our Chalet extension. From the first meeting Matt was professional, helpful and his attention to detail was very evident.
  
  The quality of work from him and his team was excellent, changes were never a problem and were included without fuss. Costs were always reasonable and set out in advance so we could make informed decisions.
  
  The team were always on site when they were supposed to be and were polite and tidy. We were never left for days with nothing going on as they had to work on the next project.
  
  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and have done so to several of our friends. When we wanted someone to pave our driveway and lay our patio, we went straight to them.

• Precision Contractors Ltd have recently completed a complete renovation on a bungalow for me.
  
  I cannot praise the workmanship and the work that they completed enough. All the team that worked on the project were superb, all very helpful and very polite. They all seemed to take a great interest in the project and were very helpful with ideas and design.
